Will I Be Comfortable In The Plane?

Absolutely. Our Beechcraft King Air B200 comfortably seats up to nine passengers in a spacious, pressurized, climate-controlled cabin. The aircraft features comfortable club seating, a private lavatory, fold-away tray tables, cup holders, window shades, and USB charging ports, allowing you to travel in comfort whether you're flying for business or leisure.

How Much Does A Private Charter Flight Cost?

Charter pricing is customized for each trip and is primarily based on flight time, with our standard rate at $2,200 per flight hour.

Additional costs may include: Airport and landing fees, overnight crew or aircraft fees when applicable, and fuel surcharges if fuel costs exceed the base fuel pricing included in the hourly rat.e

We accept all major credit cards and wire transfers. Payment is due 72 hours prior to departure.

How Far In Advance Should I Book My Flight?

Depending on aircraft availability and your destination, charter flights can be arranged within a matter of hours. However, our schedule fills quickly, so we recommend booking as far in advance as possible whenever practical. If you have an upcoming trip in mind, contact us early to secure your preferred travel dates.

How Much Luggage Can I Bring?

The King Air B200 offers generous baggage capacity and can accommodate large suitcases, duffel bags, golf clubs, coolers, and other travel essentials. For maximum baggage flexibility, soft-sided luggage is preferred whenever possible. If you have oversized items or specific baggage questions, our team is happy to assist.

Are Pets Allowed Onboard?

Yes. We are pleased to welcome pets on Alpha Three flights.

For the safety of your pet and all passengers, animals must travel in an approved carrier, crate, or safety harness as appropriate. We recommend discussing your pet's travel needs with our team prior to departure so we can ensure a smooth experience.

For international travel, passengers are responsible for obtaining and providing all required documentation and health certifications for their pets.

What Happens If There Are Weather Delays?

Safety is always our highest priority.

If adverse weather conditions arise, our pilots carefully evaluate current forecasts, airport conditions, and operational factors to determine the safest course of action. While weather can occasionally impact travel schedules, we will keep you informed throughout the process and work to minimize disruptions whenever possible.

How Do I Get From the Airport to My Final Destination?

Our team is here to assist you with coordinating ground transportation at your destination airport. We can also help arrange additional travel services, such as hotel accommodations, catering, restaurant reservations, or any other service you might require. Our goal is to make your entire trip as seamless as possible.

What Can I Bring Onboard?

Although we do not limit passengers on sizes of products brought onboard like a commercial airline, there are certain hazardous materials and dangerous goods that are prohibited aboard all aircraft.

Can You Fly Me Outside Of The Northeast Or East Coast?

Absolutely. We can fly you wherever you need to go. While the King Air B200 is particularly efficient for regional travel within approximately a four-hour flight radius (about 900 miles) of Pittsburgh, we regularly accommodate longer-distance and multi-leg trips as well.

How Early Should I Arrive for My Flight?

One of the greatest benefits of private aviation is convenience.

We recommend arriving approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Complimentary parking is available at our facility, and our staff will greet you upon arrival, assist with luggage, and escort you directly to the aircraft.
